what’s the point?

During a HILARIOUS conversation about canned mandarin oranges and licori / licorices / pieces of licorice, I learned that Jenn is working the Weight Watcher’s point system.

I really can’t understand the whole points system because it seems SUPER restrictive.  And I’m not so sure that everything in the pre-packaged meals are natural and easy to digest.

It’s really none of my business but it kind of upsets me to hear people upset and hungry and not able to really enjoy themselves because they are so busy depriving themselves for a diet.

I’m just going to keep my mouth shut and try to do my cardio every day so that I can continue to eat treats like that cheeseburger I had for lunch.

    I’ve heard there are programs for iphones and computers that prevent the points system from being a confusing mess. From what I understand of it (admittedly not much) there are bunches of foods with zero points, so if someone is going hungry They’re Doing It Wrong.
