So now there are even more people in my office doing the weight watchers thing and what did I do on Monday night?

I made brownies for dinner.

Yes – the girl who needs Cardio Kickboxing to keep her sanity made brownies for dinner.  I used a box mix and then I added chocolate chips just as the brownies came out of the oven so they got melty and I could swirl them in.

Not so much with the wonder that is healthy living.

I’ll beat there is even high fructose corn syrup in those things.

And yet …. that was dinner.  Not once but twice.

at least I did my cardio today
