So I made that tomato sauce a few weeks ago, right?
Then a week or so ago I went to Genoa deli and picked up a couple of packages of their amazing ravioli – the cheese ones and the meat ones.
So I boiled up the ravioli…
Mixed it with the tomato sauce and some fantastic Parmesan cheese… dumped it into a baking dish and baked it at 350 degrees until it boiled.
I cut into it and ate it like it was ambrosia.
I love making something for dinner that is EXACTLY what I want to eat.
